Payments
-Payment is due upfront.
-Payments are made through PAYPAL ONLY
-Commissions are non-refundable.
-Cancellation can be made if I haven't started on your commission yet, giving you a refund.
Terms and Conditions
-Do not copy, trace, or steal my art-You may post my artwork if proper credits are presented, "credits to original artist" is not proper credit, please include my appropriate social media username. (@Pockylyz or @Pockylyz_arts only if you're using Instagram)-All commission pieces are for personal use. you're not allowed to reproduce, redistribute, copy, or make a profit off of my artwork under any circumstances or conditions. Illustration rights can be negotiated.-If you do not want me to publicly post your commissioned work, please mention it when the commission is made.-Commissions are digital purchases. there will not be a physical copy.
-I hold all rights to my artwork.
Commission purchases
-When purchasing a commission from me, you're buying that one illustration. With that being said, you do not own the rights to edit the piece in any way and that includes: changing colors/markings / rearranging artwork / adding watermarks / removing signature.-Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFT). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens(NFT) or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.-Lastly, I reserve the right to use any image I create as I see fit. I retain all rights to the image as specified, the client may use the commissioned image for personal use only.
